| Dear Fran, Norm and I cannot thank you enough for your untiring efforts in finding us a "happy home". To us, all the extra things you did were way beyond the call of duty. You responded promptly to every request we made and brought to our attention your areas of concern with such a warm personal touch. The wonderful lunch, your cards and thoughtfulness during the loss of our son meant a great deal to us. It seemed our world fell apart and you understood. We also thank Keller Williams for our sign, such a nice touch. In our oppinion you're the "Realtor of a Lifetime" and in Norm's opinion the only one he has really liked.
